Hugo Pages Moving Very Slowly/Not Responding

When I try to add new text to my meeting docs, it takes awhile between the time when I type something and when the text appears in Hugo. Sometimes the page becomes nonresponsive and I have to exit out of it. Several others on our team have reported the same issue. I've been using MS Edge browser, but I think it's happening in other browsers for our other users as well (Google Chrome, etc).
