We're excited to get this feature out the door!
As part of our new Business plan, Admins have the ability to set team defaults for doc privacy, notifications and integrations.
This functionality also includes a new role in the user hierarchy - Manager. Admins can promote users to Manager, which allows them to manage all team settings except for billing and account deletion - perfect for team leads who need the ability to establish meeting processes for their reports.

Josh Lowy: this is a Business level function? Many of us are small teams that are remotely distributed, and this function would be very good for us too. But an enterprise-like pricing arrangement is too steep for us. Can that feature be moved to the Pro version? We'd upgrade from Free to Pro if it was.
