Show a note has been emailed

When I email my meeting notes, I don't know for certain if the email has gone out. I also don't know if someone else on my team has emailed the note to someone already.

The recipients of the sent note should be clear. One does not always send a note to all the attendees. Therefore, one should be able to come back later and confirm or forward to others.

This is super important. We should also be able to see the content (both the forwarding message, and version of the note) sent.
